Is this the right time to invest?
Definitely yes. Virtually any time is a good time to invest. Without open-minded people, visionaries, creators, innovators, entrepreneurs with a wide spectrum, any progress will cease to exist, and the only possible direction will be a return to the caves.
And without investors? All of the above will be unemployed... and where will we return? Witout the Investors... to the caves.
People invest in times of prosperity and crisis, in times of peace and in times of war.
It all depends on whether you care about development and securing your future and the safety of your family, or whether you prefer to stand on the sidelines, waiting for "better times", watching your resources lose value day by day due to the slumping economy and inflation. The decisions, of course, remain in your hands.
What the most secure way to invest?
Well, better a sparrow in hand than a pigeon on the roof... and if you want your shares to have not only theoretical value, but also physical security, invest in companies with physical assets, then each share has specific security in specific fixed assets or commodities such as fossil fuels or other minerals that are in demand.By purchasing shares in such companies, you automatically become a co-owner of these tangible assets on exactly the same terms as the major Stakeholders, no less.

What security does Silica Mining Corporation offer?
From 2016 Silica Mining Corporation is the sole owner of a large deposit (of approximately 32.5 million metric tons) of feldspar containing over 70% of Silicon Dioxide. The deposit was divided into 1.5 billion shares in 2016. Each share is covered with over 21.66 kilograms of silica with the current market price over £26.00. Silica Mining Corporation plans are selling raw silica at the lower end of the price scale, but still round £600 per tonne.

What dividends can I expect from my investment?
Based on current silica prices, the mining capacity of our contractors, and mining and transportation costs, we anticipate that the average dividend from April 2024 will be approximately 9.5% to 12.5% pro rata, with the potential to reach levels in excess of 25% annually from April 2025.Dividends on redeemable shares are determined at a guaranteed interest rate of 12.5% per annum, cumulative.
Why investing in mining of silicon dioxide can be so lucrative?
Essential in many industries Silica is a critical ingredient in various industries such as electronics, semiconductors, glass manufacturing and solar panels. The growing demand for these products is driving the demand for silica, which has resulted in a drastic increase in its price over the last few years.
Semiconductor and electronics industry Silica is widely used in the semiconductor industry to produce silicon wafers, a basic component of electronic devices. With the growing demand for electronics, especially in the era of smartphones, IoT devices and electric vehicles, we should expect an increase in demand for silica which, by the way, although it is a material naturally occurring on earth, is not particularly suitable for recycling.
Solar Energy Silica is a key material in the production of photovoltaic cells used in solar panels. As the world moves towards renewable energy sources, there is a significant and growing demand for silica for the production of solar panels.
Glass production No Silica, no glass... The glass industry is a major consumer of silica. Silica is used to produce various types of glass, including flat glass for windows, packaging glass and specialty glass. The construction and automotive industries contribute to the growing demand for silica in glass production.
Construction industry Silica is used in construction to produce concrete because it increases the strength and durability of the material. With the global development of infrastructure and construction projects, the demand for silica in construction is significant. Moreover, the use of silicone as a component in the production of reinforcing steel significantly improves its resistance to rusting and extends the life of buildings.
Oil and Gas Industry Silica is used for hydraulic fracturing (fracking) in the oil and gas industry. It is a key component of proppants, which are used to keep fractures open and facilitate the flow of hydrocarbons.
Limited alternative materials Although alternative materials exist, silica has unique properties that make it difficult to replace in many applications, which also contributes to the continuing increase in demand and price.
Global supply chain Silicon dioxide (SiO2) is a globally traded commodity, and countries with abundant silica deposits can play a significant role in the global supply chain. Investing in regions with strategic access to silica deposits can be very beneficial.
SMC the sole owner of a large deposits of good quality Silica (SiO2) located right in the heart of European Union.

How long is the expected exploitation period of the deposit?
Using modern technologies, taking into account the lowest possible pollution, impact on the environment and the population living in the surrounding towns, we anticipate that the exploitation period of the deposit may be extended to approximately 25 - 35 years. After closing the activities, the area will be re-developed and fully restored to the quality of the local eco system.

What is the lowest amount I can invest?
If it were not for the cost of necessary administrative activities carried out by the company, the cost of issuing a certificate and postal fees, it would probably be a small, even symbolic amount. Today, however, although we do not make it difficult for small and beginner investors, the smallest investment package is 1,000 shares of £1 each.Even by investing in this smallest investment package, you will be treated on an equal footing with other investors, both in terms of the amount of dividend and access to other privileges that our shareholders are entitled to.
